Weighing System Calibration
Accurate weighing depends on regular calibration against certified reference weights. Our cast iron test weights are used to verify and adjust industrial scales, floor scales, crane scales, and weighbridges — ensuring your weighing equipment performs within required tolerances. Weights are classified to OIML and ASTM standards and supplied with calibration documentation.
Crane Load Testing
Cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment must be proof load tested at installation, following repair or modification, and at regular intervals in service. Our stackable cast iron weights are suited to overhead cranes, gantry cranes, winches, and beam tests — including in low-headroom and confined space environments where water bag alternatives are not feasible. Test loads from 100% to 125% of rated capacity can be configured using our stackable weight range.
