Filtration
HydraPro provides hydraulic and lubrication oil filtration services to bring fluid cleanliness and moisture levels to the required standard — extending component life, reducing wear, and protecting sensitive system elements from contamination-related failure.
Fluid Conditioning to Required Cleanliness Levels
Using portable and fixed filtration systems, HydraPro circulates and filters hydraulic and lubrication oils to the target cleanliness class — whether specified by the equipment manufacturer, the relevant standard (NAS, ISO 4406), or the customer's own maintenance requirements. Multi-stage filtration progressively removes particulates down to 1 micron absolute where required.
Moisture Removal
Water contamination accelerates oxidation, promotes microbial growth, and compromises lubrication film integrity. HydraPro deploys water-absorbing filter elements and vacuum dehydration techniques to reduce moisture to acceptable levels in hydraulic and lube oil systems.
Condition Measurement — Before & After
Oil condition is measured and reported before filtration begins and again upon completion. Particle counts, water content, and key fluid properties are assessed, providing a clear record of the service performed and the improvement achieved.
Cleanliness Certification
Upon completion, HydraPro issues a cleanliness certification documenting the fluid condition to the agreed standard. This documentation supports maintenance records, warranty requirements, and customer handover packages.
