Piping
HydraPro provides a complete hydraulic piping service — from design and fabrication through to installation, flushing, testing, and commissioning. Our piping teams work on new installations, system expansions, and the replacement or modification of existing piping in industrial, marine, and offshore environments.
Hydraulic Piping Installation
HydraPro installs hydraulic pipework to specification on new builds and existing systems. All installation work follows correct routing, clamping, and support practices to minimise vibration, thermal movement, and contamination risk.
Pipe Bending & Fabrication
Pipes are bent, cut, and fabricated in-house to the required dimensions and configurations. CNC pipe bending ensures accurate, repeatable bends for complex routing — reducing the number of fittings required and the risk of leak points.
Flushing & Cleaning
Following installation or modification, all piping systems are flushed to remove installation debris, metal particles, and contamination before the system is put into service. Flushing procedures are selected and documented based on system requirements and target cleanliness levels.
Leak Detection & Repair
HydraPro uses systematic pressure testing and inspection to locate and repair leaks in hydraulic piping — including those caused by poor connections, corrosion, and mechanical damage. Repairs are carried out with permanent solutions rather than temporary fixes.
Pressure Testing
Completed piping systems are pressure tested to verify the integrity of all connections, welds, and fittings before commissioning. Test pressures and procedures are documented and can be provided as part of a handover package.
Pipe Replacement & Modification
HydraPro handles partial and full piping replacement on aging systems, as well as system modifications to accommodate changed equipment or operational requirements. All work is carried out with minimal disruption to surrounding systems.
System Commissioning & Maintenance
HydraPro supports the full commissioning of new and modified piping systems, including final leak checks, pressure verification, and handover. Ongoing maintenance contracts are available for regular inspection and servicing.
