Industrial Weighing & LMI Services
HydraPro provides calibration services for weighing equipment and crane Load Moment Indicator (LMI) / Safe Load Indicator (SLI) systems — ensuring accuracy, safety compliance, and full documentation to support regulatory and customer requirements.
Inspection & System Verification
Before calibration begins, the full system is inspected to confirm all components are in sound condition and functioning correctly. Any faults identified during inspection are addressed prior to calibration to ensure results are valid and stable.
Weighing Scale & Weighbridge Calibration
Industrial scales, floor scales, crane scales, and weighbridges are calibrated using certified reference weights. HydraPro verifies scale performance across the full operating range, adjusts zero and span settings, and documents results to the required standard.
LMI / SLI Calibration for Cranes
Crane LMI and SLI systems are calibrated to match the actual load chart of the crane — covering boom angle sensors, load cells, radius calculation, and overload alarm thresholds. Calibration is performed with the crane in a range of configurations to verify accuracy across operating conditions.
Load Testing & Accuracy Verification
Calibration is verified through physical load testing at multiple reference points. Results confirm that the system responds correctly to known loads and that overload warnings activate at the correct thresholds.
Sensor & Indicator Adjustment
Individual sensors, load cells, and display indicators are adjusted as part of the calibration process to ensure consistent, accurate readings. Sensor alignment, signal conditioning, and display scaling are all verified.
Calibration Certification & Documentation
Upon completion, HydraPro issues calibration certificates documenting the results, traceability to reference standards, and the date of the next recommended calibration. Documentation is provided in the format required by the client, inspection bodies, or regulatory authorities.
