Seals
HydraPro manufactures hydraulic and pneumatic seals across a broad size range — from 5mm to 400mm — to suit standard and custom applications in industrial, mobile, and offshore equipment. All seals are produced to tight tolerances with material selection matched to the operating environment.
Hydraulic Seals
Rod seals, piston seals, wiper seals, and U-rings are produced in polyurethane (PU), nitrile rubber (NBR), and PTFE — covering the pressure, speed, and fluid compatibility requirements of most hydraulic cylinder applications. Single-acting and double-acting configurations are available as standard.
Pneumatic Seals
Seals for pneumatic cylinders and actuators require low friction, tight tolerances, and consistent performance across a wide temperature range. HydraPro produces pneumatic rod and piston seals suited to both light-duty and heavy industrial pneumatic systems.
High-Temperature Seals
For applications involving elevated operating temperatures — including steel production, hydraulic press systems, and industrial ovens — HydraPro supplies seals in FKM (Viton) and other high-temperature compounds. Multiple profile types are available to suit different housing configurations.
Custom Seal Manufacturing
Where standard profiles and dimensions don't fit, HydraPro manufactures seals to customer drawings or from sample. Our machining capability covers non-standard sizes, special profiles, and low-volume production runs — with quick turnaround for maintenance and repair applications.
