Hydraulic pumps and motors are inspected and tested on receipt to identify the root cause of failure — including worn bearings, damaged seals, shaft wear, internal scoring, and pressure loss. A diagnosis report is provided before repair work is approved.

Complete disassembly is carried out in a clean workshop environment. All internal components are cleaned, measured, and evaluated. Worn or damaged parts are replaced, and the unit is reassembled to original manufacturer tolerances.

Shaft seals, O-rings, and bearings are replaced as standard during every overhaul. Components are selected for compatibility with the operating fluid, pressure, and speed requirements of the unit.

Damaged shafts, housings, valve plates, pistons, and control valves are repaired or replaced using original or equivalent-specification components. Where OEM parts are unavailable, HydraPro sources approved alternatives to minimise lead time.

Repaired pumps and motors are tested on HydraPro's hydraulic test bench — verifying flow output, operating pressure, volumetric efficiency, and leakage across the full speed and pressure range. All tests are documented.

Variable displacement pumps and pressure-compensated units are calibrated and adjusted following repair to restore correct control response, pressure setting, and flow compensation behaviour.

Scheduled pump and motor servicing is available to extend service intervals and identify developing faults before they cause failure. HydraPro can integrate pump servicing into planned maintenance programmes.
