HydraPro carries out repairs to crane structures, wire ropes, sheave blocks, gearboxes, brakes, slew rings, and electrical control systems. Both mechanical drive systems and electronic control components are covered.

Worn or damaged components — including motors, gearboxes, brake assemblies, limit switches, and sensors — are replaced with compatible parts and adjusted to restore correct operation. All replacements are documented.

Following repair, cranes are load tested to confirm structural integrity and lifting performance within the rated capacity. Safety systems including overload protection and limit switches are verified as part of every repair sign-off.

HydraPro provides scheduled crane maintenance to identify and address wear before it becomes a failure. Maintenance visits include lubrication, adjustment, and inspection of all critical systems.

After repair or component replacement, crane control systems are calibrated and the full system is commissioned — verifying correct operation across all movements, loads, and safety interlocks before the crane is returned to service.
