Scheduled visits are carried out at agreed intervals, covering full mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic inspection of all crane systems. Preventive maintenance tasks are performed proactively to address wear and deterioration before faults develop.

Each visit includes checks on structural components, wire ropes, sheave blocks, gearboxes, motors, brakes, electrical panels, wiring, and control systems. Findings are recorded and any remedial actions are communicated and tracked.

All lubrication points are serviced to the correct specification, and moving parts — including slew rings, wire rope drums, and brake assemblies — are adjusted to maintain correct clearances and function.

Safety systems including overload protection, limit switches, anti-two-block devices, and emergency stops are tested and verified at each maintenance visit. Documentation is maintained to support regulatory compliance and site HSE requirements.
