MH First Manufacturing

MH1M's facility is built for components that others can't handle. Manufacturing capacity covers lengths up to 14 metres, diameters up to 1 metre, and payloads up to 10,000 kg — producing hydraulic cylinders, shafts, rollers, and other large industrial components to tight tolerances using CNC machining, internal honing, and external honing.

MH1M's external honing capability covers components up to 14 metres in length, 460mm in diameter, and 12,000 kg in weight. The process restores the crosshatch pattern (40°–60°) required for correct lubrication and sealing — improving surface finish and geometry, and extending both seal and component life significantly.

MH1M operates one of the most advanced laser cladding systems available — a Chrome-6 free alternative to hard chrome plating that is up to 60× faster and produces a true metallurgical bond with no risk of peeling or cracking. The system handles components up to 14 metres long, 450mm in diameter, and 10,000 kg. Spider Coating material grades range from Aluminium Bronze (SP 050) for piston guides and press sleeves, through Stainless Steel 316/431 for corrosive environments and standard piston rods, to Inconel 625 and Inconel 625+ for marine applications requiring exceptional wear resistance.

MH1M designs and manufactures a full range of industrial transport equipment — including supersuckers (wet, dry, wet & dry, and trailer-type), vacuum and jetting trucks and trailers, lube and service trucks, fuel tankers, wet kits, and winch recovery kits. All units are custom-built to specification and manufactured Saudi-made.

MH1M provides complete hydraulic system overhaul and repair services — covering pumps, motors, valves, hydraulic cylinders, HPUs, and winches. As a certified service centre for Bosch Rexroth, Kawasaki, and Hyva, repairs are carried out to factory specifications with full documentation. In-house hydraulic cylinder manufacturing and a dedicated hose-crimping workshop complete the hydraulic offering.
