Welcome to the HydraPro webshop. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the HydraPro webshop. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the authority to purchase goods on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

HydraPro reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

The HydraPro webshop is primarily intended for business customers. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. HydraPro reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing

While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, HydraPro reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Business customers with approved credit terms may purchase on account where applicable.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping arrangements, lead times and delivery methods may vary depending on product availability, destination and customer requirements.

Risk transfers to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the agreed delivery location or collected by the customer.

7. Returns

Returns are subject to the HydraPro Returns & Refund Policy.

Custom-made, special-order or installed products are generally not eligible for return unless defective or supplied incorrectly.

8. Warranty

HydraPro warrants that products supplied are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Incorrect installation
• Improper use
• Lack of maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorised modifications

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydraPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of production, business interruption or loss of profit arising from the use of our products.

HydraPro’s total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the products concerned.

10. Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However, products may vary slightly from those displayed online, and specifications may change without prior notice.

Customers remain responsible for verifying that the selected product is suitable for their intended application.
